We have gathered the oils of Bergamot, Clary Sage, Basil and Vetiver for this Justice for Kelsey blend. Within the description of these oils, you will find “properties” that the oil is used for. When we say “anxiety or stress”, what we mean is if you have anxiety or stress, this oil will help release those tensions.
Bergamot
Good for Anxiety, Stress, Emotional Support, Relaxation. Bergamot is also considered uplifting. It’s a great oil to use, but as it is considered a Top-Middle note, it may take more drops to actually smell the Bergamot. Bergamot has a lemony sweet smell. There is also another version of Bergamot, called Bergamot Mint. It has more of a lemon-minty smell.
Clary Sage
While Clary Sage is also good for anxiety, stress, and emotional support, it adds nervousness, depression, and insomnia to its properties. This is a great oil for night-time sleeping. Although this is considered a “middle” note, it has a strong, fruity/floral sweet scent.
Basil, Sweet
Sweet Basil adds the properties of mental focus to aiding with stress and stress headaches. It’s even good for congestion. It has a sweet, herb-like scent and is considered a top note, so may be hard to smell under a base note. Want to smell more basil? Add more drops.
Vetiver
Vetiver adds several properties to our blend. Aiding in depression, nervousness, anxiety, stress, and stress headaches, it also adds psychological stress, exhaustion, irritability, and PMS!!! This is a base note so it only takes a few drops too many to overwhelm the smell. With this blend, you’ll slightly smell the vetiver as a smokey, earthy, woodsey type smell that’s a bit sweet.
Justice for Kelsey Blend
Overall, I think you’ll like this blend. Please be mindful of Kelsey and what she went through as well as allowing this blend to release any negative energy or stress that you have. I recommend you diffuse this blend in a diffuser for 10-20 minutes, or during your meditation.
