Aromatherapy is one of my favorite tools to use with meditation or without. There are many uses for aromatherapy included oils in candles, in creams for your body, soaps, and many other uses. However, I NEVER use oils on my skin directly. I was taught that using oils neat can cause alot of skin issues and is dangerous. Now, you can mix with some type of carrier oil, such as olive oil, nareem oil, coconut oil, and many others, but keep the dilution very light. For example, I would never go beyond 2% dilution rate in any skin-type usage WITH a carrier oil.
